These Terms & Conditions explain how the Hedgie Wilder Price Promise works, who it applies to, and what is required for a valid price beat request.

By submitting a request, you agree to the terms below.

1. Purpose of the Price Promise

The Hedgie Wilder Price Promise ensures fair, transparent pricing for all home and garden services.
If a customer receives a lower written quote from a registered gardening company for the same service, Hedgie Wilder will review the quote and aim to match or beat the price where possible.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the Price Promise, the competitor must:

• Be a registered business operating in Bulgaria

• Provide a written quote (email, PDF, website, or message with business details)

• Offer the same service under comparable conditions

• Be able to issue an official invoice

• Provide pricing that includes all applicable taxes and fees

Quotes from unregistered individuals or cash only workers are not eligible.

3. Services Covered

The Price Promise applies to all Hedgie Wilder services, including:

• Lawn mowing

• Hedge trimming

• Garden tidy ups

• Waste removal

• Repairs and maintenance

• Seasonal or one off garden services

It does not apply to:

• Products or materials

• Third party equipment hire

• Emergency or same day callouts

• Custom or specialist work requiring external contractors

4. What Counts as a Valid Competitor Quote

A valid quote must include:

• Competitor business name

• Company registration or identifiable business details

• Service description

• Garden size or scope of work

• Grass condition (if applicable)

• Add ons included (e.g., waste disposal, edge trimming)

• Total price or price breakdown

• Date of issue

Screenshots, emails, PDFs, or website links are acceptable.

5. What Does NOT Qualify

The Price Promise does not apply to:

• OLX, Bazar, Facebook Marketplace, or social media ads

• Cash only workers

• Students, neighbours, or informal helpers

• Quotes without business details

• Quotes missing service descriptions

• Unrealistic or incomplete offers

• Competitors offering non comparable services

• Promotional discounts, coupons, or limited time offers

6. How to Submit a Price Review Request

Customers must send the competitor quote through the Hedgie Wilder contact form.

We will review:

• Service type

• Garden size

• Condition

• Add ons

• Competitor business details

• Total price

A response will be provided as soon as possible.

7. Possible Outcomes

After reviewing the quote, Hedgie Wilder may:

• Match the competitor’s price

• Offer a better value price

• Explain why the quote is not comparable

• Decline the request if the competitor does not meet eligibility criteria

Hedgie Wilder is not obligated to match or beat every quote.

8. Limitations

The Price Promise:

• Applies before booking, not after service completion

• Cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions

• Applies to one quote per customer per service

• May be withdrawn or updated at any time

9. Fair Use

Hedgie Wilder reserves the right to refuse requests that:

• Appear fraudulent

• Are incomplete

• Are repeatedly submitted without valid reason

• Attempt to exploit the policy
